I love reading about your planning, planting, tending and harvesting which all culminates with canning and eating! Yum!

I only wished I lived closer so I could get some hands-on lessons. This year was a good tomato year at 50 or so quarts canned but next year I am going more on the artistic side with sculpture, color, movement. I want it to be a place to sit and relax not a place to have to go weed all the time. Stay Tuned. Yes the Tim Burton thing is totally there. You know, with all this talk of earthquake in my neck of the woods I'm starting to think that having my own source of veggies might be useful.

Plus, lately, when I've been given tomatoes (or any vegetables for that matter) that have been home grown you can really taste the difference.

Well, maybe gardening will be next on my list of thing to tackle.

See, while others have really cool things on their Bucket List (you know, seeing the Pyramids, jumping out of a plane, etc) I want to accomplish some of the simples things: draw well, write a book (getting there), grow a vegetable garden...just the basics but quite meaningful to me. :)
Pearson Reporthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05422640826640133140noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9889100.post-23515963858906115522012-11-01T08:23:15.432-07:002012-11-01T08:23:15.432-07:00I'm a wanna be gardner too.
