I is for Invisible

I saw this beautiful Cherry Blossom tree as I walked to work - that was before my day went South.

Yes, I will be invisible today; at least here on my blog.

As I type this it is 4:11 am… well past my bedtime!

I had an incredibly long and tiring day - issues with City Hall.

I just finished a strongly worded email to City Council about their blatant disrespect for due process. (I sent a copy to every newspaper and talk show host too - could get messy)

Far too much to get into right now though… must sleep.

Have a wonderful “I” day - I will be visiting and enjoying your insights.

And, regarding my “H” post - you all made my day with your lovely comments!

Thank you, you all rock!

Now… quick question… any ideas for idling away the day, once I wake up?

Cheers, Jenny

    1. It is a beauty - and so big. We have lots of these trees around, but none as big. I stop and take it in as I pass it on my way to my office.

Thanks for stopping by, Sally, and taking in this beautiful site with me. :)

    1. Yup, I hit the hay just after 4:30 - had to be up before 9am - so you can imagine how chipper I am... not the first time this has happened... so I'm good.

There's nothing like a blossoming cherry tree! I can't wait to see them over here too.

    1. You're right, Susanne, nothing like these trees in bloom - sad though how fast they go through this stage...literally weeks! I stop and drink in their beauty as much as possible. :)

Ahhh...the challenges of rezoning - for another day! I did enjoy the quick five hours I managed to squeeze in as I had to be at my office rather early - thank goodness for espresso shots! I'm looking forward to an early night this evening. (well, here's hoping anyway)

I appreciate the thoughts and hugs - so sweet. :) Hugs back.

    1. Hi Ermie - you are so right - stunning is the perfect word... in fact, this tree is stunningly beautiful - there, now we've worked both words in for good measure!

Thanks for visiting, and the wishes of a better tomorrow. :)

  10. Government and due process- what's that? IO don't know that it still exists.
We don't even have leaves yet.

    1. Hahahaha - exactly, Ruth - not at all synonymous. Ahh...the fun of rezoning and rebuilding.

The reason you don't have leaves yet is they are still making their way through Al's neck of the woods - maybe he won't let them go... bit of a hoarder maybe!! hahaha :)

    1. No, Rhonda, it's not my nature to shy away from a challenge... haha, that could also be applied here - even though I'm knee deep I still like to do this A-Z.

      Thanks for stopping by! :)

That tree is gorgeous. Where I grew up, we had a Cherry Blossom festival. I miss the beautiful site of that specimen.

    1. Hi emmlyjane - welcome to Pearson Report.

Hmmm... I bet a Cherry Blossom festival would be a sight to behold. The window of enjoyment is small, these trees come to bloom quickly and in a blink they are done. I love the pink snow that is left behind.

Thank you for dropping in and taking in this beautiful tree! :)

    1. Hi Hilary - Ah... the joys of dealing with government - but, I think jogging would be a great stress reliever - thank goodness I like to run! (mostly away from responsibility) hahaha

Thanks for stopping in. :) :)
