  1. I love to yak about anything. I'm sure my servant (owner?) thinks that I yak too much at times, but I have to make my opinions and wishes known.

  7. Powerpuff Girls! When we lived in Iceland, we got a Danish television station which would play them. Yes, it was in English, except for when it came on. We STILL call them Powerpoof Pingunons (at least that's how it sounded).

  11. I think there was a song, Yakity Yack, don't talk back years ago. This was delightful. And thanks so much for your lovely comments on my blog yesterday.

Hey everyone! Thanks for dropping by and taking a look and commenting on my “Y” post.

The song Yackety Yak was performed by The Coasters in 1958 (great year!) and in the clip that I have here the music is sped up and animated with the Powerpuff Girls (thanks Al).

When I saw it I just thought it was so cute the way these little characters had to do chores and all! (made me think of when I was a kid)

And...yes, this is one letter away from the end of some fun times!

I’m sure there will be other challenges - oh yeah, like getting back to my forgotten life that’s been on hold for the month of April - there’s a good post or two!

THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR DROPPING BY.
    Cheer, Jenny

Thanks for dropping by and sharing your thoughts.

I'd give you a penny for them, but alas we just snuffed it out. Yup...gone!
It's all about the nickel now...so at this rate you can leave 5 thoughts!

Cheers, Jenny
